Hi, I'm Andy.
I've lived in Storrs my whole life, and I've been the person friends and neighbors call when their computer starts acting up for just about as long. Tech has been my thing since I was a kid taking machines apart just to see how they worked, and that curiosity never really wore off.
Since 2017 I've owned and operated All in One Websites (allinonewebsites.com), building and hosting custom websites for businesses across Connecticut and beyond. Andy's IT Help grew out of that same place: a real love for computer hardware, new tech, software, and the quiet satisfaction of fixing something everyone else had given up on.
That's honestly the part I enjoy most. A slow laptop, a PC that won't boot, a nasty virus, a printer that refuses to cooperate. To a lot of people it's a headache. To me it's a puzzle, and I like solving it.
When you reach out, you get me. Not a call center, not a script, not someone reading off a checklist. Just a local person who knows this stuff, explains it in plain English, and always agrees the price with you up front.

Taking things apart
Growing up in Storrs, I was the kid pulling computers apart just to understand how they ticked, and putting them back together better than I found them.
The neighborhood "computer guy"
Friends, family, and neighbors learned I was the one to call when something went wrong. Word got around, and I never minded the calls.
